Area Patients Forced to Fight Medicare in Court to Restore their Right to Life Saving Therapies

  • Medicare has stopped paying for an important treatment for patients with HIV infection...Extensive negotiations and appeals with Medicare representatives have not reversed their position......Now, these patients and their doctor are fighting back in Federal Court.

  • $90,000 is needed to continue the legal battle against Medicare in Federal Court. 100% of all donations will go towards legal expenses.
